HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?

  • To submit a maintenance request, contact the onsite manager or call our corporate office.

WHAT ARE THE LEASE LENGTHS OFFERED AT THE POINTE APARTMENTS?

  • We offer 6-, 9-, and 12-month lease terms to our applicants.

IS THERE A PET DEPOSIT OR OTHER PET RESTRICTIONS?

  • We require a $300 refundable pet fee as well as an additional rent charge of $35 per pet. The Pointe does have a 50-pound weight limit and restricts ownership to two pets per unit.

IS THERE GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX?

  • Unassigned parking spaces are available with assigned guest parking spots.

IS ON-SITE STORAGE, SUCH AS A GARAGE OR STORAGE UNIT AVAILABLE TO TENANTS?

  • The Pointe residents receive a promo code to a near by storage facility along with other storage options on site. Please contact the onsite manager or call our corporate office for more information.

WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY PRICE?

  • Water, sewer, and trash are included in your monthly rent. Snow removal services, when applicable, will be provided by The Pointe Apartments.

HOW BIG IS THE COMPLEX?

  • These are the size of our floor plans:

- Our Antero model is 1116 sq ft.

- Our Sunlight floor plan is 1060 sq ft.

- Our Oxford floor plan is 1008 sq ft.

- Our Crestone floor plan is 701 sq ft.

ARE ALL UNITS UPDATED?

  • Our units are newly constructed with spacious open floor concepts and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchens. We offer a variety of top-tier appliances and amenities that provide you with luxurious living in everything that you do.

HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

  • Our security deposits are a flat rate of $600 per apartment. Please also note that applications also require a $35, non-refundable application processing fee per adult and $150 admin fee per unit due at application.

DO YOU HAVE AN APPLICATION FEE?

  • Yes, we charge $50 per adult applicant.
